By submitting any content to DMail, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license.

Blockchain Transactions

DMail operates on a blockchain network. By using DMail, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All transactions conducted through DMail are recorded on a decentralized blockchain ledger, which is public and immutable.
• We have no control over the blockchain network and cannot reverse or alter any transactions once they have been confirmed on the blockchain.
• Transaction fees (e.g., gas fees) are determined by the blockchain network and are not controlled by us. You are solely responsible for paying any such fees.
